RULES

All anglers on boat must be registered.

All participating anglers agree to the Hold Harmless Liability Statement.  This statement can be viewed on www.pantherbaseballalumni.org.  Any angler not in agreement with this statement may not participate and your participation acts as consent.

Fishing hours: 7am – 4pm Saturday, August 19, 2017.  Honor Start.

No lines in the water before 7am.  If so, the team/boat is disqualified from the tournament.

Scales open at 2pm and close at 4 pm. All boats must be in sight of Weigh Master by 4 PM.  Late arrivals are disqualified from the tournament.  Weigh Master makes final decision.

Awards dinner is Saturday, August 19th starting at 5pm followed by 50/50’s, raffles, and silent auction prizes during Awards Dinner. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

Fish must be caught by hook and line by team members only.

All team members must obey all FWC and State of Florida rules and regulations.    

No fishing marina’s or public boat ramps.

No holding, chumming, or any outside assistance.

No penning fish or altering fish in any way.

Wading is permitted.

All teams/boats must maintain a distance of approximately 100 ft. from other boats in the tournament.

Each team/boat may weigh in two (2) Redfish. Redfish are measured 18in.-27in. overall with pinched tail to determine legality of fish.

Winners are determined by combined weight of two (2) fish.

Redfish must be released alive.  One dead fish, penalty of one (1) lb.  Two dead fish will disqualify team.

If entered in Calcutta, each team/boat’s heaviest legal Redfish will be counted. Redfish are measured 18in.-27in. overall with pinched tail to determine legality of fish.

In the event of a tie, total length will decide winner.

Weigh Master makes all final decisions.

A Lie Detector Test May Be Required of Winning Teams
